    Just follow these simple steps to exchange or return!

    1) Goods need to be returned or exchanged due to quality issues:

    After receiving the goods, please WhatsApp 5266 8088. Customer service will process your request within one to three business days after receiving your WhatsApp message .

    2) Returns and exchanges require providing [relevant documents].

    - Location photos of quality issues
    - Order number
    - Name
    - Telephone

    3) Within fourteen days of receiving the goods, confirm the date and time with customer service to exchange them at the Kwai Fong exchange point.

    Notice:

    • All products in our store are machine-made. For example, there may be a few loose threads, slight fraying, a 5 cm error, or color difference from the photos on the shaping pants; or a few black spots or excess glue on the breast pads. These are not considered defects. Perfectionists, please do not place an order.
    • We do not offer return or exchange services based on personal reasons.
