1/ Before using Atome to pay in Blush Inner, what should I prepare?
The following conditions must be met:
- At least eighteen years old
- Currently living in Hong Kong
* Please download and install the Atome mobile application first , register and verify to bind the Credit Card / Debit Card.
2/ How to pay with Atome in Blush Inner?
Go to the payment page and choose Atome as the payment method. The system will immediately link to the Atome page for payment. After confirming the order, the first installment (one-third of the total amount of the transaction) will be paid by Credit Card / Debit Card, and the remaining two Installment payments will be charged every 30 days.
3/ Do I need to pay extra to use Atome's services?
Atome is a free service with no hidden fees and no interest as long as you pay on time.
4/ Can I delay the repayment date?
Under normal circumstances Atome does not accept late repayment. However, if you encounter technical problems or other circumstances that prevent you from making payments on time, please contact Atome as soon as possible for support.
5/ What will happen if I miss the repayment date?
If you miss your repayment date, Atome will freeze your account until Atome receives the payment due. To reactivate the account, Atome will charge HK$100 processing fee.
In Hong Kong, the maximum handling fee charged for each transaction is HK$200. In other words, if you make your payments on time, the only thing you have to pay is the amount of the item itself.
