When Taiwanese buyers leave their payment information, they should enter their name in the payment details. The following information is provided in the "Customs Clearance" section:
Convenience store pickup:
Please fill in the address field with "Convenience store address + convenience store name + convenience store code" (Example 1: FamilyMart Luzhou Fuan Store 16790, Minquan Road, Luzhou District, New Taipei City (pickup at convenience store); Example 2: 7-11 Qiaolong Store 891246, No. 61, Baisan Street, Qidu District, Keelung City) and the recipient's mobile phone number.

After successful order payment and provision of a complete address or convenience store pickup , we will process your order according to the order sequence. Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday ( order cutoff is 4 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays) via SF Express. Delivery time is generally 3-5 business days (based on SF Express delivery speed). If weather conditions such as typhoons affect shipping time, the shipment will be delayed. For earlier shipping, please contact our staff.

- Online payment orders can only be collected by the recipient in person. Please fill in the recipient's name correctly when ordering. When the goods are delivered to the selected convenience store, please bring the orderer's ID card, driver's license, or health insurance card with their photo on it for the store staff to verify the information and collect the goods.
- You will receive a text message notification when your goods are delivered to your designated convenience store.
- Since the pickup time limit for convenience store services is based on the operational standards set by the convenience store, they currently do not offer a service to modify the pickup time.
- This service is only available in Taiwan proper and some outlying islands. Convenience store pickup is not available in the following areas: Orchid Island, Green Island, Xiaoliuqiu, Kinmen, Matsu, and Penghu (Wang'an Township, Qimei Township, Hujing Island, Tongpan Island, Dacang Island, Yuanbei Island, Niaoyu Island, and Jibei Island).
- If the goods are not picked up at the convenience store within the specified time, they cannot be kept or the pickup can be postponed. If you do not pick up the goods within seven days after delivery, the goods will be returned.
1) When Blush Inner receives returned goods, it may hold them for up to 30 days until you notify it before arranging delivery to the convenience store. The cost of the second delivery will be paid to the convenience store by the customer when picking up the goods.
2) If no notification is received from the customer to arrange delivery after 30 days, the order will be considered as automatically abandoned by the customer and will not be delivered or refunded.
