- When overseas buyers submit payment information, they must provide their English name and "ID number" (identity card number) identical to those on their identity documents for customs clearance.
- After successful order payment and provision of a complete address/convenience store pickup , we will process your order according to the order order sequence and ship out every Tuesday and Thursday ( Tuesday and Thursday 4 pm). Orders placed before cut-off time will be shipped via SF Express (SF Express ) . Delivery time is typically 3-5 business days after shipment (based on SF Express's delivery speed).
