China / Macau Delivery
Please note:
- Chinese and Australian buyers must provide their English name and "ID number" (identity card number) identical to their identity document when submitting payment information for customs clearance.
- After you successfully place your order and pay, and provide your complete address , we will process your order according to the order sequence. Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday ( order cutoff is 2 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays ) via SF Express. Delivery time is generally 3-5 business days (based on SF Express's delivery speed).
- If shipping times are affected by public holidays or weather conditions such as typhoons, shipments will be delayed.
- If you need to ship your order earlier, please contact the store staff first.
